Planning approval was granted by Southwark Council in January 2022 for a mixed-use development of two buildings of five and 32 storeys at 19-35 Sylvan Grove containing 3,000 sqm of employment floorspace, 219 homes, and a public garden square. Given changing market conditions we are looking to revise that planning approval to deliver 23 family homes for social rent, 1980sqm of flexible employment floorspace and 688 student bedrooms.
The massing and envelope of the revised scheme is very similar to the original application, and we attach the boards from our original proposal so that you can see how our proposals compare.
To reflect the changes in the scheme we also attach a series of boards showing how the scheme has evolved.
