Welcome to our website outlining proposals to redevelop the Daisy Business Park at 19-35 Sylvan Grove by Joseph Homes.
Southwark granted planning approval in January 2022 for a mixed-use development of two buildings of five and 32 storeys at 19-35 Sylvan Grove (Daisy Business Park) comprising 3,000 sqm of employment floorspace, 219 homes (35% of which were affordable), and a public garden square. Given changing market conditions, we are looking to revise that planning approval to deliver 23 family homes for social renters, 1,980sqm of flexible employment floorspace and approximately 688 student bedrooms.

Our activity in Southwark includes the re-development of 25-33 Parkhouse Street close to Burgess Park where planning approval was granted for 109 homes and 1,351 sqm of modern flexible commercial space in October 2021 which will be delivered as a 100% affordable housing scheme by Southern Housing Group and the development of 5-9 Rockingham Street in the Elephant and Castle to deliver a high-density office scheme.
