Southwark granted planning approval in January 2022 for a mixed-use development of two buildings of five and 32 storeys at 19-35 Sylvan Grove (Daisy Business Park) comprising 3,000 sqm of employment floorspace, 219 homes (35% of which were affordable), and a public garden square. Given changing market conditions, we are looking to revise that planning approval to deliver 23 family homes for social renters, 1,980sqm of flexible employment floorspace and approximately 688 student bedrooms.
